Robert Hampson

Robert Hampson was for many years Professor of Modern Literature at Royal Holloway, University of London, where he currently teaches on the MA in Creative Writing. Recent poetry publications include an explanation of colours (Veer 2010), reworked disasters (ksf, 2013), and sonnets 4 sophie (pushtika, 2015). He co-edited the influential magazine alembic in the 1970s, and recently co-edited (with Ken Edwards) clasp: late modernist poetry in London in the 1970s (Shearsman, 2016), an exercise in collective remembering.
